Your profiles and lawful use

Follower.io is a self-audit product. Submit profiles you own or are authorised to analyse. Do not use the service for employment screening, background checks, surveillance, harassment, or decisions about another person.

The output

Reports are automated communication analysis, not professional, legal, financial, recruitment, or psychological advice. Scores describe public presentation and may be incomplete when source data is sparse or unavailable.

Payments and refunds

One-time audits unlock the features shown at checkout. Monitor renews at the displayed interval until cancelled through the billing portal. If a paid audit cannot be generated, contact support@follower.io within 14 days for a refund. Because digital reports are delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds after successful delivery may be limited where the law permits.

Availability

Social platforms and data providers change frequently. We may retry, return a partial audit, or refund an unusable result. We do not guarantee continuous access to any third-party profile or integration.

Acceptable conduct

Do not evade rate limits, probe private infrastructure, submit malicious URLs, resell reports without permission, or use outputs to infer sensitive traits. We may suspend access that risks people, platforms, or the service.
